g3n0lite net strength

i was wondering if anyone one else was encountering a problem with the g3n0lite net strength patch. :confused:

the bottom six pixels don't seem to get covered up, even if i have no signal on my phone. :p

this is on a 3390 v7.14, patched using g3n0lite 1.7. sorta annoying, but i'm still glad that my signal bars are animated. ;)

yeah , it is... mine to...
but there is something funny... like Gardz and the others said to me.. i have try it and very suprise... , when we press *3370# Boom Contact Servis ..:D ...

it is very dangerous for someone did't know about flashing, luckyly i know about flashing.. so i just put my backup again , and it's fine again...

and the most animated signal i like is triangel moving up..

but the last few pixels are just for indication if the bar is redrawn...

why do u all use my predefined bars?
use poodriver or any other good tool of your choice and edit the bars
like YOU want them! offsets are shown in the log window

im no graphic designer, i'm a kind of hacker

i actually have modified the signal strength bars and altered the dimensions slightly by modifying their definitions. ;)

i was wondering how i would go about getting all the bars to disappear. are you still using the "blank bars" from the NOKIA net strength code to blank out the signal bars? :confused:

your help would be appreciated. :p

i disabled the nokia bars
and inserted my code in the routine that checks the net
so the bar is updated very often....

i experienced it on my 3310-557 but when i didn't kill both mcu and faid, just fix all checksum every edit it behaves normal. try it don't know if it'll work 4 u.

There is another problem:
when the signal is too high, > -50 (test 1 in Net Monitor), then the animation stops and if we press a key, it disappears. if the signal falls again (< -50), it comes back again.

@g3gg0: plz fix it man. I often go to such places and i hate seeing that there is no signal bar.

i've also noticed that the bars popup in between each slide of the slide show. covers up the pictures a bit. :p

regarding the signal bar problem i was having, is it possible for me to simply change the area that is covered when there is no signal. :confused:

i'm hoping it won't be a matter of re-writing your netbar code to get the bottom six pixels to disappear. :(
