8250 3.12 HELP NEEDED PLEASE

HELP NEEDED PLEASEEEE!

i got this 8250, panel says "Contact SErvice". i couldnt download a dejan1.00 backup
from the phone, i tried to browse for the version via NokiaTool but a
"Phone not connected" is returned, Rolis 514 and 477 cant download a flash file also.

exhausssssssssted, i tried LogoManager and then i saw this (please see attached)
IMEI: 0000... Production: 0000... and so on

What can i do to fix it? or can it still be fixed? my only HW tool is a
dejan flasher and com interface. (boxes are too expensive for us here in
the phil.)

oh, so sorry to know that. still cant afford it. costs too much + the freight.
