What may i nedd to transfer my java programs to my 3410?
And what may i need to transfer logos,tones,screensavers ,etc?

Not sure about java, but picture messages and logos can be backed up useing a data cable and logo manager, if your ring tones where punched in useing the composer menu you can open them on your phone and maualy type them in to logo manager. good luck hope this helps.

do u mean transferring them from Comp to phone?? or phone to phone???
If u meant : from phone to phone, it'd be better if u made a Full Backup of da first one using a flahser cable, then send it back to the other .. and u're gonna have a Twin ;)

A normal mbus/fbus cable is useful 4 uploading tones, logos & animated screensavers, etc, etc... But I don't Think it's possible to transfer Java™ applications through it...

it may be possible to transfer the java applications to the phoe from the computer Via Datacable, but i have not been able to find any software to do it yet.
there is nokia PC Suite, but this does not support the nokia 3410 :(
