C45 software or hardware problem

Dear all,

The backlight of my brand new unlocked C45 have problem. When I press the keypad the backlight turn on , but flash and off and on again.

If I don't put the sim card and keep charge with sim card the light became normal.

Can anyone tell me is software problem or hardware problem?

and what solution for unlock did u used?
and what firmware version your phone has?

I unlock the C45 by c45free.exe download from http://www.handyhacking.com/

I think unlock problem, but I go to my friend which have Martech' box and run the repair function, the problem still havn't solve.

I don't know how to do the firmware or how to fix the BA20 chip.

Can anyone tell me what can I should do?
