c35i , no voice/ringing.

Hi, i got c35i it does't ring, it produce no sound . i have changed the earpice but it make no difference.
Can someone help me out ?

Kindly let me know if you also have the solution, to constant battery discharge in c35i. e.g. battery fully charge--- make a call---battery discharge immediately.
