Hi !

Please, I would like to kown some things:

1.- I have the Dejan Box schema. How could I program the 16CE625 pic? I have the icprog software, but I think that It's not able to program the 16CE625... Wich one I must to use?

2.- My programer is the TE-20X. Another question is: Could I use it to programer the 16CE625 pic?

3.- The 16CE625 is rewritable (could write more than one time, or only once)?

hola, veo que tu IP viene en español, asi que te escribo en español,con el icprog no puedes programar este chip, yo lo he buscado y lo único que he conseguido ha sido un programa llamado EpicWin (te lo incluyo en este archivo)que si programa este chip, problema, va por puerto paralelo y todavia no he encontrado el esquema para hacer el programador, (EPIC programmer) bueno dentro del chip he encontrado un esquema con los componentes, pero no se como enlazarlo, si lo encuentro hazmelo saber, por cierto, si tienes el chip, me podrias decir cuanto te ha costado y donde lo has conseguido, muchas gracias de antemano, y espero que si encuentas algo nuevo me lo hagas saber

sorry to be a pain but, I DONT UNDERSTAND SPANISH!!!
Pic16ce625 is not rewritable though there is an equivalent pic (I think 16ce628) which is a dual in-line version which is eraseable via U/V light.
just to put my mind at rest, do you have the hex for the PIC???

sorry, you have the wrong schematic - dejan box uses PIC 16CE625
look at this

try look at http://www.gsm-cable.com/ang/prva.htm in Nokia session. There is very cheap for buy the dejan box. Only 250$. So, Who wanna buy the first and share for us the knowledge of that thing.. /n/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif)))

i think that now a lot of group have had hex of dejan v1.02 box,so the price must
drop down at once. we have to wait a moment ...
