need help with this log

I'm trying to unlock my SL45 for over 6 months...
Today I've finaly managed to get a log file out of it!
SL45 ID:B7B7E5BB IMEI:350016-51-621484-0
Can someone calculate a map file for me?
Where can I get some software to upload the map file??

I´ve just got the map file from Hansis (thank you very much hansis)!!!
However the phone is still locked because I can´t upload the map file :((
Can someone help me with that???
