Is this program good??????????

Hi people, i found this program NOKDLL on the net to make a full backup from phones.
Is thi program good enough so we can trust, and make partial unlocks, without thinhking if the backup will work or not.
It looks to me that is very easy to work with it.
The name in the window is Nokia Flash Downloader.
