Hummmm never heard of it i think the softwares might not support it as they are programed to work on com1 and other ports....

hi,
do you have a data cable with male ps2 connector already on or is it a phone connector on the end?
really you need 3 things in the worst case:
1/ ps2 pinouts like the two uploaded above
2/ nokia DCT3 phone pinouts (i've attached :))
3/ schematic to match your cable. thats only in the worst circumstance and you can find them online at google.com :)

if you have a standard data cable (for just one phone), open the phone connector and desolder the wires inside there. please note down which colour goes to which pin and compare that to the phone pinout. now you have the wires loose and know what each one is, just solder them into the new ps2 connector using the ps2 pinouts above :)

if you have a male ps2 head and want to swap to a female head, you need to open the end of the cable which goes into your computer and use a data cable schematic to find which colour wire is which. you can see that from where they are joined to the IC :) now just chop off the old head and solder the new one using ps2 pinouts above.

if you need ps2 connectors (actually they are 6way mini din inline sockets/plugs), you can find those at www.maplin.co.uk for quite a reasonable price.

It's an MBUS/FLASHER in one cable, it's for all Nokia DCT3 Phones.

It doesn't use mechanical switch but software switch.

never tested the data cable only, went right away for the combi flasher/mbus from dr bizar

check out http://blight.dk the schematic is there.

and he seems to be working on a 3 in 1 cable, flasher/mbus/fbus I Suppose:)

and for that ps2head, find out the pineout with a multimeter if there is any doubt (compare with the nokia pineout for your phone connector)

nope, there is always some extra hardware required as part of the cable
