how to lock 3310v503

I just unlock my phone 3310v503 using flasher by dejan, thus there's is possible to lock it again? what is the mcu ending and starting address?

hello, I hope you can help me, I am having problems unlocking a nokia 3310 v5.03 using darkflasher 2.14 + dejan 1.00 I think my partial flash file may be corrupt but I am not sure. I have been told you need a box to do this phone, but i don't know if that's true.
