SL42e (FW50) to SL45i possible?

Just bought a new SL42 (SL42e - Orange) which has a really old software version FW ver. 50.

Anyone know if it's possible to update this software to latest or later software and if possible to upgrade to SL45i ?

Unlocking it would be good too!
