What is the memory capacity of a Goldwafer card?

The Goldwafer cards I purchased from uCable does not have the cut-outs like the SIM cards from the telcos. Are there any supplier who sell SIM cards with the cut-outs?

Otherwise, any idea if there are cutting tools for cutting a SIM card?
