Replacing cobba ic?

can anyone tell me how can I replace my 3210 cobba ic? there is an epoxy-like underfilling. I've tried hot-airing it once, the under filling "popped" but i was not successfull in removing the bga. Is there a certain procedure in doing this? tnx
