You can do it with DCT3 Flasher by Rolis. Just load MCU and PPM, then save the flash file and you're done. :)

But im using WinXP and Rolis does not run in XP.

Rolis will run in your XP if your set program compatibility to Win98/me. Right click on Rolis, go to compatibility tab and activate compatibility mode. Also if you wish to flash your mobile you've got to install Userport. Just search in the forum and you'll find it. Good luck :)
