3 nokia no network

I have 1 nokia 3310 with jumping rssi level value. Always change from 17 to 66. Another one is always rssi is 67. Both of them says if I press# then ok then start searching after that not done. Next 1 is rssi is 121 but still no network. I already tried ant.sw, pa, cobba, hagar,26mhz. So now how to repair network problemms?

handset requires retuning afdtwer replacing those components
and the rssi req recalibation.
