hi if you have ba 20 chip use ksie5.1.use c45 tool to find out the flash chip.
if not use c45 unlocker you can find it on forum.
ksie5.1 is in on forum in my last tread--c45 ba20 direct unlocker.
god luck with unlocking an be carefull.
