Well as a site owner i get alot of questions, but i also get alot of
requests I refuse to repply on. But i know that they found their
answers, when asking other site owners.
I know this, because they wrote me back, telling me, I sucked,
but my help wasn't needed, as they found their answers else where.

Here's a qoute:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
>Well my friend got he's hands on a phone.
>actually he found it - LOL you know what i mean
>it's a 6310i - How do i change imei so no one knows it's
>stolen ???
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Another one:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
>I just bought this phone, from a guy who sold them from a wann.
>I dont know, where i got them from, but I think they where
>stolen, because they was realy cheep.
>So here's my question: How do i Change the emei...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So my appel to you all:

Please don't help out people, with stolen phones...
I realy hope i wasn't on this forum, someone answered their Q,
as this was never the intention of this forum.

We are all here because, we find it interesting, NOT to commit crimes, or to help people not getting court.... Right ???

I find it deaply imorral to steal, and I hope, you all fell the same.

- And to the ones that wrote me theese PM, plz DO leave this forum. I won't mention your name, but I think you know that you are NOT welcome...

Plz all - don't read this msg as a reproach, but i think it's important to get this discussion out in the open...

Dr.Bizar,

I am in complete agreement with you and I would like to add that an increasing number of mobile phone thefts are of a violent nature "Muggings" & the targets are often children.

I sincerely hope that nobody here supports the perpetrators of such crimes, if you know or suspect somebody is involved please inform the authorities.

The next victim could be you!

I hope not, Regards.

i find changing/modifying a flash not a crime, why? it's because if you do not earn(sell the mod'd fls or upgrade/downgrade with payment) from it, it is not a crime. you bought the unit, it is up to you, if you'll **ck it or throw it on a trash can. crime is when you get a part/whole software and modified/cracked it and sell it for ur own profit, that's it!!!

anyone's comment on this? :)

I don't think one can compare the two... :o

No one get's hurt when modifing a flash, not even nokia - you will have to buy their product to mod it.

But when swipeing a phone you suppres peoples privacy, and theres always the insurance excess. So you are actualy hurting someone when stealing a phone !!!
