Can nokia 6590i programed to be 6510 to use in asia ?
Can anyone let me know of it before i make any mistake ?

No , you can not. Basically , these two phones seem the same. but it 's different frequency. 8390 is use in america with frequency 900 mhz and 1900mhz. while 8310 used in asia with 850mhz , and 1800mhz.
