3310 dead

Hello !
I have a 3310 but it was unloked bad and now it is dead.
How can make to work again ? If it possible of course.
I don't know what kind of version it was inside /n/images/smiles/icon_frown.gif(
I don't have a full backup of the software and i haven't any idea of its version.
HOW CAN FLASH A DEAD PHONE ? It's possible ??
