6310i query

i have a 6310i which has been barred by orange. the phone is unlocked but when i put a vodafone sim i get a signal and can sent and receive txt messages but can't make/receive voice calls. is there anything i can do to make the phone make/receive calls. or is the phone a dead duck..............

Its been barred by ALL uk networks.

All you have now is an expensive paper weight.

The only way of making it work again is to change the IMEI and as this is:

1. Illegal in the UK

2. No easy solution have been found to change the IMEI on DCT-4 phones (8310, 6510, 6310/i, 7210, 6610, 7650 etc)

One possbile solution is to sell the phone over sea where its not barred.
