3310 hearing problem

got a nokia 3310 they can hear me but i can't hear them tried changing ear piece but still no good HELP

There could be a problem between audio ic and earpiece external interface. Open connection between the 2. Try using a handsfree kit, if they can hear you thru that, then it's an open connection. However, even after using a handsfree kit, they still cant hear you, change audio ic.
