A "book" about ARM assembly, its a bit old, but it seems to cover all the basics of ARM assmbly. A good advice is to get a GNU toolchain compiled for ARM as target platform, i dont know what type of ARM procsessor is used in Nokia cellphones (ie ARM5,6 or 7) but i know there are Gameboy Advanced compilers out, wich might could be used for nokia cell phones.

As far as i found out, the nokia cell phones are ARM7, wich means that a gnu toolchain for GBA can be used to make programs for a nokia cell phone. So go on guys, change the games in the flash files ;)
