Userport doesn't work anymore...

I have been using this system and these programs (rolis, knok etc.) several times but today i get "doesn't run under nt" error. I reinstalled userport and rolis but no action... I have changed the sound card (Hercules Gamesurround Fortissimo III) and display adapter (Radeon 9100) yesterday but i don't believe this could be the reason... Or could it?

right click on the program ... take rolis for instance.... click on properties.... click on the "compatability" tab and set it to work under windows 98... then click apply or ok :cool:

It's probably a conflict between the I/O adresses the sound card uses, and the adresses Rolis need.

I have the same problem with my ATI Radeon graphic card.


Compatibility mode don't work. You can use the program, but don't flash, using compatibility mode.

so it really is my soundcard or radeon... =(
Is there any ways to fix it? I don't really want to install Win98 or remove any cards everytime i'm going to flash!

i have the ati radeon 9700 pro an have no such problems... have you tried running userport.exe again? mabe it was disabled somehow when you installed your new soundcard... also make sure that its running in win98 compatability mode
