9110 software error

i have a nokia 9110
i have a password to protect my phone the phone security password.
but i dont change my sim card and one day he ask-me for a security password

wen I insert my code he give a song but he does not initiate the normal program is stay equal asking for security code password

if i insert a bad password e give the error song and displays in the screen BAD PASSWORD

i realy need this phone for my work any one can help me


i´m portuguese so the phone are in portuguese too

It looks like you need to reset the sec code counter, the only way to do this is to read the phone in nokia tool (or any of the DCT-3 readers), then tick the U.I. setting, press the apply SFS button, count to 5, press the sortware reset button, the phone will reboot, read the phone again and hopefully the code has gone and the phone should work, the sec code (or password) will have changed to 12345, you need to read the phone with a 9110 m/bus cable NOT the cable that came with the phone.
