Please anyone tell me how to decode or what is inside *.dat file extract from Ki by sim master ?

it's normal text file , just open it with NotePad :)

with notepad, I find : }Ç‼☺♀¢ÿ......
I cannot find Imsi and Ki. Any suggest ?
I read the SIM card by SIM MAGIC.
