All phones that has 2 Mbytes flash, for ex. 3210, 3310, 8210, 8250.

Do you mean that the 3310 flash memory can be used for 3210 and 8210?

If so then, why do their prices differ?

3210 & 3310 has the same package (uBGA), and type (16x1M), for 8210 - sorry, it has combined chip Flash + RAM....
