2MB Flashfile on 16MB Chip?What CPU is in the 5110?

Hi everybody!
I have the 3210 with 16MB Atmel chip.
The Flashfiles are only 2MB big but what is in the rest of the 12MB?

Can somebody say what CPU type is built in the 5110?
Maybe the Keyword ARM or THUMB helps you.

The flash size is Mb not MB

16Mbit (8bits = 1 Byte) => 2MB filesize to flash /n/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif
