View Full Version : will deleting lang/operators give more free MCU space?

i keep hearing about how you need to have a-lot of mcu space in order to work g3nolite properly, would deleting the language and operaters that arent used help?

You would definitely free some space when you delete those... but not in the mcu area, but in the ppm area.

Once these operators & langpacks were deleted. There would be holes in the PPM
Would it be possible to
Defragment the PPM by squashing it up together then restructure all its 'next' pointers. The PPM will then start at a later address.
Restructure all MCU pointers which reference the PPM to point to its new address.

Thats exactly what i have mentioned in three posts now :)
Try searching for say "increase mcu space"
