Mars contact service provider

I have mars writes "mobile malfuntion contact your service provider" i used Mitsubishi workshop MCmm2001,V2.0 LITE VERSION becomes alright works propely 100% but repat the same problem for others what can i do for this?

Plz, try MS TOOLS .If not, read a working mars (flash) and download the file to the dead one.

YAH MKWATIS first change buttons,they seem to be wornout
sec. you misuse the commands, look the starter button ,if you
press at the middle [e.i between the upper and starter ] you comfuse yuor phone and give you the ploblem again !!!

I have this problem with my fone,but I haven't the first clue about software or anything technical ,so I'd like to ask ,what I can do ,myself,in order to repair my phone?
If I have to take it somewhere,how much would I expect to pay to repair?
