SMS Sending s/w

hi mates. would like to know if there is any s/w throught which i can make designed sms. ie like a nokia screen come up on my computer and then i can write a sms on it. like i say

making this type of a sms, cause when i copy paste this and send it as sms it is undescribable. i want it to specify accurate spaces and lenght of character as they will appear on my nokia screen.
