Windows 2000 flasher

hey guys,

I currently have a nokia 3330 that is giving me a hard time. It won't detect the SIM after i ve logged into it and cant find a connection wherever i am. To try and resolve this im trying flash the phone, but my problem is that i can not find any flasher that is compatible with wiindows 2000.

If any one knows where i can find/download one it will be greatly appreciated.
