Can anyone tell me How to change a PA.....

I have plastick ones and Metal once...i need clear steps to Replace it...I also have a 850 rework station...

first, why is it that you need to change the PA? well, you need to heat the PA til the solder melts, then you pick it up with your tweezers. and that's all! get the replacement PA then place it where the old one came from, ( take note with the orientation). then heat it again, till the solder flows.
BTW there are PA's that has plastic covers so be careful to heat this, anyway there's no big deal even if you melt it, as long as the components are still intact.:)
