Unlocking an 8146 - How ?

How would I go about unlocking an 8146 nokia. On T mobile at present and I want it on Vodaphone.

im pretty sure it is a dct2 handset, if so then you can use the old dct2 calculator. it produces an unlock code from the imei just like the dct4 one thats doing the rounds at the moment.

Yes it is DCT-2 but its also Single band and will only work on T-Mobile Orange and Virgin thats 1800 MHz

and Vodafone and O2 are on 900MHz.
