For the moment there is any Software that works for USB,

However, this device is to record the chip (PIC,ect)
Don´t work like Phoenix or PC/SC reader...

I doný know if this converters use a window driver...
The dejan Software are in MS-DOS....

If you haven´t a laptop, you can put a multiport ISA card. This have serial ports...

..but I think you have a laptop... doesn´t?

you can buy sim reader which work with USB connection....
