Please Help Me 8210 Sim Card Not Accepted

Guys please help me. I got 8210 v 5.21 and appear " SIM CARD NOT ACCEPTED" What should i do ? How to flash my phone ? What prog should i use.
I still confused with DEJAN Flasher, i made the simple circuit using 74HC14 and
connect to my LPT1 Port, it still not working, Phone not responding TX=1.
