Haggling over priceplans

Can anyone tell me of their experience haggling with UK networks. I'm on t-mobile uk and i'm thinking of changing my priceplan. I've been a customer for a good few years, plus i don't want a new phone, so what kind of deals d'you think I could get on the pay monthly line rental, etc?
