is there any program that can use to view or modify the eeprom so far? and, is it possible to make the operator logo blink?

#2 blinking logo can be done in any nokia dct 3

contains some eeprom info+offsets

yes, u can change imei in the eeprom itself

for #2, blinking logo

edit your font with ppmedit, use characters you don't need. for those characters, draw your logo in parts. then change your network to \x01 + those characters you edited in plmn. flash your phone, and you should have blinking logo.

but this will work if u have the original operator logo set. and will work for only those networks for which u modified.

Naman is this method works for op logo from logomanager? just like the caller group graphics in 6150, etc.

no, it wont. cause this is just a blinking text (modified to look as a logo) but the caller groups doesnt supports text, they r just logo's

so not posible till NOW. (never say imposible)

Does the eeprom contains informations about manufacturing date and life timer ? Maybe by modifying the eeprom we can change the manufacturing date (mmyy) from virgin eeprom ?
It will sure make our nokia become much...much...much... younger..:D
Does someone know how to do this kind of trick...???

i am sorry dude,,, cause of 2 reasons
1# i need to now the operator number for the operator u need the logo.
2# it takes time, which i dont have (again sorry)

why dont u do it urself, its really easy and really working...
just go thru steps and wadaaa.....

i just enter your homepage and i can't find pclocals and fbus iirc that you mentioned above, can u tell me a little about how to change made date in 3310 flash file. and perhaps you can attach the software here, in this forum.. thx a lot

one good thing about editing the eeprom is to change the default picture message. like, when you click SFS all the saved pic msg are deleted and are replaced by the original. Now, how do you suppose can we change the default pics msg?

no need 4 PC locals beacuse jordik 3.25 doeas it perfectly, just search it via google and get from w***(something) site :-)

information about everything can be found from http://nokiafree.org/ just scroll down, there's info about eeprom locations for 6210.
so open your eeprom with hex editor to see productiondates etc.
