Nokia 3310 no speaker/mic problem

I have a Nokia 3310 in which mic and speaker does not work. But the handsfree kit is working in the phone.Pls advise.

Hello,
I have same problem in which this 3310 ear piece doesn't worm. ie when the other person speaks, I cant hear, I have changed ear piece, still not work.
Pls what is your second solution?

i can help i have fixed many of those problems.
there is a tiny blac diode next to the cobba on top right hand side it is two sided below four sided diode.

if u having problems after then u need to change cobba

Pls can you make use of this PCB and circle the Diode you actually talk about?
I am confused on the actual one.
