I've upgraded a 8210 to a 8250, but i've now noticed that when trying to fit an 8250 cover, the buttons line up differently with the board! I was under the impression that these were identical fones, give or take! The 8210 keyboard is arranged in a square, whereas the 8250 buttons are in more of a V-shape! If I try to purchase an 8250 screen, they are always in the same page as the 8210, ie. 8210/8250/8850 Screens!

If someone could shed some light on this problem it would be greatly appreciated, as I want to make my new fone look like an 8250!

The 8250 cover won't fit a 8210.

I bought a conversion cover from the link below that makes the 8210 look like a 8250.

Thanks for that! Good link!
But the other thing that's really annoying me is, say I own a genuine 8250 and i need a new screen, if i try to buy one it's the same as the 8210! Why? If they're so different?

I think that they are selling only the lcd part of the screen, not the whole one. That's identical with 8250 i suppose...
