Please help the People which give you a free code Calculation.

First:

It will never work on Ericsson, Motorola ..... Please do not post this in a Nokia Thread. :

Second:

This works only on Nokia DCT4 GSM Series !

3510, 6310(i), 6510, 6610, 7210, 7650, 8310

or the US Versions 3590, 6340(i), 6590, 8390

It never works on CDMA/TDMA DCT4 Phones
(1260, 3320, 336X, 3570, 3585, 6360, 6370, 6385)

Following Phones are DCT3
Code calculation don't work here, the codes for this are 10 digits !
3210, 3310, 3315, 3330, 3350, 3610, 5110, 5130, 6110, 6130, 6150, 6210, 6250, 7110, 8210, 8250, 8810, 885X, 9110, 9210(i)

3390, 3395, 5190, 6190, 7190, 8290, 8890 are the US DCT3

If you have older Series DCT3, just use standard M-Bus Datacable and Rolis Nokia Tool or something, Check the DCT3 Section here !

Mr Chucky,

AS it says in the top message, you submit your imei and operator code to the bods and they send you back the block of unlock codes,

Beware that you only get 5 tries at this before your pone is locked and will need to be returned to a NSC to be fixed,

Basically, when you get the codes back you try the top one first, this is the SP lock and stops you using different networks sim's on your phone and for the block below you would type this into your phone #PW+255935772341033+1#

This should unlock your phone and give you the ability to use any sim in your phone, if this doesnt work then you can proceed onto the next loevel of unlocking and use the second number but using +2# at the end, and you continue up the list until you get your phone unlocks,

BEWARE THAT YOU ONLY GET 5 TRIES SO CANT TEST ALL OF THE CODES ON YOUR PHONE, IN 90% OF CASES THE FIRST ONE WILL WORK THOUGH

Guys, they won't share the calculator because it needs hardware to perform calculations. I have the calculator and it's useless to me. The dongle (hardware key) contains programmed PIC, and it is needed to perform the calculations. I have seen this dongle selling for $200. I wonder why there are no software-only solutions...

i had my 7650 unlocked this way and it works. I can understand the risk of posting ur IMEI no. but whichever way you use the remote service, by phone, messenger, e-mail e.t.c. someone will always have to know ur IMEI.

Its a risk we all have to take for now!! And its better than the old method of having to post ur fone to a stranger!!

The calculations performed by the dongle may be performed by the cpu also. But someone must convert the dongle chip's instructions to 8086 ones. Remember DCT-3 logging? Same story...
Once they release the hex file of the PIC, a stand-alone unlocker will be released.
Until then, some people will either collect money or IMEIs :mad:
