About LED light (MALAYSIA)

where can buy the two colour LED??i means 1 light inside got 2 colour...for EX: Ericsson Service light...when batt full yellow colour,when batt weak RED colour...
yesterday i saw a guy modify his phone Flash light with white and blue colour..some times blue suddenly change white..very NICE~~
any 1 know about it??
