i need help to active arabic language in my motorola 192 any body have idea ??

I do not see a problem if at you is EMMIBOX and a required language package.
It is necessary to update software of a body and to make active in flex a mode (GUEMMI flex table#108) arabic language.
In Russia it is used 17 langpack
