SMS software

Sorry, I know this is not for modifying or unlocking Nokias but i've looked everywhere else.
I found a web site which has an app for sending SMS via the internet. They charge 50p per SMS but what they can do is disguise the number of the sender and the incoming SMS will display ANY number or ANY name you choose.
Does anyone know if there is any software available to do this via PC with Datacable and Mobile phone?
