Nokia Service Point

Hi, I have a simple question that I hope someone can answer for me.

I have access to a Nokia Service Point. You know the type. Level 2.

They have all the usual stuff, Wintesla & Phoenix Software and access to all phone software downloads. Nokia Dongle, all the cables and that.

Can any of this software (& Hardware) unlock phones ? Change Imei's ? Generate Unlock Codes ? ...

or anything besides upgrade the software of a phone ?


Appreciate any answers or help.

Nope, only good for d/l files and service bullitens and doing warranty check's.

BTW that the uk service one or the european one?

I realise thats all the clubnokia service partner website is good for, but I don't mean that.

I have Wintesla, Phoenix all the cables and an official Nokia Dongle. Can I do anything with this equipment besides upgrade a phone's software ?

Well if you have all the rest of the service stuff like fps-8 and the JBV-1 and the likes there is a lot you can do, you need to read the service manuls to find out more, but as all you have is the PKD-1 then not a lot.

I think the dongle is a FLS-1 ?
