For change language the 3310 phone, just use the dejan 1.00b. Read the phone that you wanna get that language, and use start address from 00330000 and end at 003d000.
After that, write the phone that you wanna change it the language. and use start address from 00330000. I was succesfully to change my 3310 ver 4.35 to Indonesian language. Indonesian language is G Group.

If you do this without recalculating "Flash Authority ID" afterwards you wil in 99% of cases get no signal.
Iccang may just have been lucky!

To recalculate flash authority ID U need Service Box. JIC Box, Dejan Box, TDF4 etc. These cost money $1000 or more. There is no free or cracked program to do this.........Yet! Somebody must be working on it somewhere and when they have done it they will probably charge for it too, unless they're really really nice people!!!
NFree may be able to do this properly for all phones in time, who knows?
