I use IC -Prog 1.05A and vp20 programmer.
When I read 16F877 all words="3FFF"
and can't write the card and get a error "0000h program code error"
I try a lot of writer programs and hex codes..
I get same error.
But XSim 0.02 read the card and show a loaded gsm but
when I put to Nokia 3315 the card
I get responce "put a sim card"
How to write the card?

hamm,
i seem like your vp20 is not working,
the smartcard connector use in vp20 got card detect or not,
if no card detect, than is ok,
if got card detect, than,it has to be a open when card inserted.

Your silvercard does not have direct connection between pic chip
(pic 16f877) and eeprom (24c64). You have to use bootloader with Icprog to program pic and eeprom.

Cardwriter is very good software for universal programmers. It has incorporated boot loaders. So try it.
