Always Getting communication Error

Dear friends
Thanks for spending your valuable time for helping each other.
I have try to read following two phones through many Alcatel BF software but no luck. Always getting communication Error.
Alcatel BF-511 10B 40UA GNK13 / Alcatel BF4-511 10C 40UA DOK13
I have change different data cable & try 2-3 computers I don’t know what to do now.
Please Please one of your expert explain me how to find the problem.

I have two deferent data cable from china. But I will try to buy other cable.
Please tell me where I can buy good data cable?
