startup animation on 6510/8310

I was trying to change the startup animation on my cell..but I wasn't able to do it.. any suggestion?

I also have the same question... Is it possible to 'Modify' the 6510 startup animated logo???

I used LogoManager. It replaces it with a 'still' logo. Its not animated.

Is their any such software, due to which one could 'Modify' Startup animation and not 'Removing' it?

Is it possible to change the startup tone?
