Having spent ages trying to find these, I finally found one on Ebay. The seller was a trader based in Bristol. I'm sure he wont mind if I give his site...they aren't advertised in the online catalogue,but he was advertising loads for sale. I have no connection with him...just a very satisfied customer! Price was £10 inc p+p.
