how can change my operator-logo and start-logo on my 6610? [Archive] - Nokia Flash Reverse Electronic Engineering

Hi, I try mobiMB 1.2 It's GREAT!!! i can upload games, apps and pics, but i would change operator-logo, start-logo and group-logo, but with oxygen 2.0.9.8 i can do all but not this :( :( :(
and logomanager don't download or upload logo to my 6610.

what can i do? :( :( :(

Start up 'Mobilmb'

Select 'Gallery' then 'Images' in left hand pane

You should have a list of picture on the right hand pane

Highlight the picture you want by left clicking
(You should see 'communicating with phone', & a preview will show up)

Right click on the highlighted picture name in right hand pane & you'll see an option to 'Use as' - Just select 'Operator logo' or 'Startup'

(one thing to note - graphics I've done with PSP sometime do not have transparancy, even though I set it - I find if I use the 'gif wizard' I finally get the transparency)
